韩愈在《师说》一文中提出“是故,无贵无贱,无长无少,道之所存,师之所存也”的道理,即师生的教与学是相辅相成、相互促进的。从教时间越长,我越悟出“教学相长”的深刻含义。一、学然后知不足,教然后知困在我的从教生涯中,始终信奉“学,然后知不足”这句话。多年来,我克服种种困难积极参加每一次听课、培训活动。足迹从校内到校外、从本市到外省,了解了课改的最新动向,学习了实用的教科研方法,提高了自身的教育教学水平。执教多年,我悟出以人为本、平等互信、融洽和谐是课堂教学的主旋律。但如何真正落实上述理念呢?课堂上学生活动多了往往时间紧张,教学进度完不成。所以,我就想方设法把学生的思路往自己设计的路子上引,如果是奇思异想,则视而不见,或草草打发。
Han Yu put forward in the article entitled “Teacher Saying” that the teaching and learning of teachers and students are complementary and mutually reinforcing . The longer I teach, the more I realize the profound meaning of “long term relationship”. First, learn and then lack of knowledge, teach and then trapped in my teaching career, always believe “learn, and then know less ” this sentence. Over the years, I have overcome all kinds of difficulties and actively participated in every lectures and training activities. Footprints from school to school, from the city to other provinces, to understand the latest trends in curriculum reform, learning practical teaching methods, improve their own education and teaching level. Coaching for many years, I realized that people-oriented, equality and mutual trust, harmonious harmony is the main theme of classroom teaching. However, how to truly implement the above ideas? Classroom activities often more time-intensive, teaching progress can not be completed. So, I tried to find ways to put my students’ ideas to their own design. If they were fantastic, they turned a blind eye to it or hacked it out.
