目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中10种卤代烷烃的在线自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。方法水样放入自动顶空进样装置中,经Rtx-5MS毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 10种卤代烷烃在14 min内出峰,标准曲线相关系数(r)均>0.999 0,检出限为0.050μg/L~12.400μg/L,重复性测量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.05%~9.74%,2组混合标准样品的加标回收率为91.8%~108.6%。结论该方法具有准确、快速、简便、检出限较低、精密度和线性较好、灵敏度和回收率较高等特点,适用于生活饮用水中10中卤代烷烃的检测分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish an online automatic headspace capillary gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of 10 haloalkanes in drinking water. Methods The water samples were placed in an automatic headspace sampling device, separated by Rtx-5MS capillary column, detected by electron capture detector, qualitatively and qualitatively determined by retention time, and quantified by external standard method. Results The 10 haloalkanes peaked within 14 min. The correlation coefficient (r) of the standard curve was> 0.999 0 with the detection limit of 0.050 μg / L ~ 12.400 μg / L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of reproducibility was 7.05 % ~ 9.74%. The spiked recoveries of two mixed standard samples ranged from 91.8% to 108.6%. Conclusion The method is accurate, rapid, simple, low detection limit, good precision and linearity, high sensitivity and recovery, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of haloalkanes in drinking water.
