麦芽,为常用的消食药,由禾本科植物大麦Hor-deum vulgane L.的干燥成熟果实经发芽干燥而成。全国各地均可炮制、生产。但从我站购进的几批麦芽看,有的发芽率低于规范标准,有的长出体外1cm以上,不符合规定要求。为了合理进行炮制,提高质量,保证疗效,现将麦芽的加工炮制作一浅述。一、麦芽发芽流程将成熟的大麦果实在一定的温度和湿度条件下,使其萌发幼芽,其流程为:选种除去杂质?浸泡、喷淋麦种含水量达/41~46%发芽
