引导学生形成稳定的良好的健身运动兴趣使学生乐于进行健康的运动实践,是学校体育教育树立健康第一的指导思想确保学生得到健康地成长的重要法宝。本文运用教育实验法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法、文献资料法等方法对山东省新泰第一中学2014-2015年部分高中学生进行了健身运动兴趣教育实验研究。通过研究发现,培养学生良好的健身运动兴趣关键在于:1、要由从有趣入手,以乐趣和志趣为目标,引导学生对健身运动进行认识、实践和体会。2、要“‘过程’与‘结果’并重”。总而言之,要选择教材使之适应于学生的文化背景,改变教材使之适应于学生运动基础,改革教法使之满足学生身心发展要求。让学生在学习中有快乐的情感体验,在学习后有学习的认同感。
Guide students to form a stable and good interest in fitness activities to make students happy to carry out healthy exercise practice. It is an important magic weapon for school sports education to establish the guiding principle of health first and ensure that students get a healthy growth. This article uses the educational experiment method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview survey method, the document data method and other methods to carry out the fitness education experiment research on some high school students in Xintai No.1 Middle School in Shandong Province from 2014 to 2015. Through research, it has been found that the key to training students’ interest in good fitness exercises is: 1. To start with fun, aim at fun and interest, and guide students to recognize, practice and experience fitness exercises. 2. To “” ‘‘process’’ and ‘‘result’’. All in all, we must choose textbooks to adapt to students’ cultural background, change teaching materials to adapt to the basics of students’ movements, and reform the teaching methods to meet students’ physical and mental development requirements. Let students have a happy emotional experience in their studies and have a sense of learning after learning.
