[目的]探索职业卫生技术服务在焦炉扩容改造中的作用。[方法]通过对某焦化厂有代表性岗位空气中主要毒物浓度的监测和分析,找出其存在的主要毒物危害因素,评价其设备的配套性能,并提出设备改造和毒物治理相关的建议。[结果]某焦化厂的主要毒物危害为沥青、氨、焦炉逸散物等;1998、2002年2次焦炉扩容后,沥青、氨等岗位空气中毒物浓度呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05),苯、二甲苯等呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05),但总体样品合格率保持稳定(P>0.05);该焦化厂先后2次采纳了职业卫生技术服务机构提出的暂缓和逐步对焦炉气回收处理系统扩容改造方案的建议,使其6700余万元技术改造资金的投向更趋合理,节约了2700余万元。[结论]紧密联系企业生产技术改造一线,为企业创效赢利是当前职业卫生技术服务新模式之一。
[Objective] To explore the role of technical service of occupational health in expansion and reconstruction of coke oven. [Method] By monitoring and analyzing the concentration of major poisons in representative air of a coking plant, the main toxicities of the poison were found out, the matching performance of the equipments was evaluated, and the suggestion related to equipment remolding and poison control was put forward. [Result] The main toxic hazard of a coking plant was bitumen, ammonia and coke oven discharge. After the coke oven expansion in 1998 and 2002, the concentrations of air toxicants in asphalt, ammonia and other posts showed a significant increase (P <0 (P <0.05), but the passing rate of the overall sample remained stable (P> 0.05). The coking plant adopted the occupational health service agencies twice The proposal of suspending and gradually focusing on the expansion and reconstruction program of the furnace gas recovery and treatment system made the investment of more than 67 million yuan of technical renovation funds more reasonable and saved 2700 million yuan. [Conclusion] It is one of the new modes of technical service for occupational health in close connection with the first-line transformation of production technology in enterprises and the profit-making of enterprises.
