通过计算机系统对高温合金定向涡轮叶片的凝固过程实现控制,减小生产过程中随机因素波动对叶片生产质量的影响。通过实验模索出了K5和DZ38G两种材料的斯贝发动机涡轮叶片凝固过程归佳抽拉曲线。实验证明,在计算机控制系统和这种条件下,叶片的宏观和微观组织都有明显的改进和提高。
The computer system is used to control the solidification process of the high temperature alloy directional turbine blades and reduce the influence of random factors on the production quality of the blades. Through the experimental model, the K8 and DZ38G two kinds of materials were obtained. Experiments show that in the computer control system and under such conditions, the macroscopic and microstructures of the leaves have been significantly improved and improved.
