This article analyzes the serum antitoxin levels and their protective effects in 457 Swedish children following tetanus inoculation. The authors divided 457 children into four groups: age groups 5,6,10,16. Among them, the children born between 1963 and 1979 were vaccinated with non-adsorbed white - 100 - broken triple vaccine, per ml with 20 × 10 9 inactivated Bordetella pertussis, 30Lf diphtheria toxoid and 5Lf tetanus toxoid.
