现代产科学中,精确估算胎儿体重极为重要.因超声波无损害性、使用简便、测量精确,故可用以预测胎儿体型大小.在以前的研究中使用了原由Hansmann发表的估算胎儿体重的超声波方法.当胎儿体重在3,000~4,000g时,结果尚适合,然而在较高和较低的体重组,结果则欠满意.本文研究目的在于评价两种选用的胎体直径的不同数学函数估算胎儿体重,特别强调在高和低的体重范围的准
Precise fetal body weight estimation is very important in modern obstetrics and is used to predict the size of a fetus because it is undamaged, easy to use, and accurate. In the previous study, an ultrasound method originally used by Hansmann to estimate fetal weight was used. The results were still adequate when the fetus weight was between 3,000 and 4,000 g, whereas the results were less than those obtained for the higher and lower body weight groups.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fetal weight using different mathematical functions of the two selected carcass diameters, Special emphasis is placed on high and low weight ranges
