许多刚参加监狱工作的青年民警都易产生职业迷茫心理,具体表现在:封闭的工作环境产生的压抑感;对工作的无所适从;监管压力大、警力不足等问题导致监狱在岗位配置时易忽略其所学专业等。本文以帕森斯的特质-因素理论为基础,以MBTI人格类型量表、霍兰德的兴趣测试量表等为工具,结合青年民警的职业规划,以当前监狱系统工作模式为背景,以HY监狱为调查对象,调查研究当前青年民警职业规划的现状。
Many young police officers who have just joined the prison work are prone to occupational confusion. They are manifested in the sense of oppression in a closed working environment, lack of attention to work, problems of supervision pressure and insufficient police force, which make the prison easily overlooked in the post allocation Study major and so on. Based on Parsons’ idiosyncrasy-factor theory, taking the MBTI Personality Type Scale and Holland’s Interest Test Scale as tools, combined with the career planning of young people’s police, taking the working mode of current prison system as the background, taking HY Prison as the investigation object, investigation and study of the current status of the youth police career planning.
