目的探讨同期手术治疗良性前列腺增生和腹股沟疝患者的护理方法。方法将114例观察对象随机分为试验组和对照组,给予良性前列腺增生伴腹股沟疝患者相同的手术治疗和有区别的护理,统计治疗数据,评价不同的护理路径对手术效果的影响。结果试验组拆线时间为（5.63±0.85）d,尿失禁患者0例,占0.0%,尿道狭窄患者3例,占5.2%,残余尿量（37.1±12.3）m L,IPSS评分（2.59±0.15）分;对照组拆线时间为（7.01±1.12）d,尿失禁患者5例,占8.7%,尿
