高中生物教材(人民教育出版社2004年版)中涉及到了多种实验技术,它们散见于教材的各章节和学生实验中。笔者现将3本教科书中几种主要的实验技术进行归纳,以便于学生掌握,并在实践中加以应用。
The high school biology textbook (People’s Education Press, 2004 edition) involves a variety of experimental techniques, which are scattered in various chapters of the textbook and student experiments. The author now summarizes several major experimental techniques in the three textbooks for students to master and apply them in practice.
