建设社会主义新农村是党中央的重大战略决策,是广大农村的一场深刻社会变革。因为要实现农村“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的发展目标,除需大力发展农村社会生产力外,更要大力推进农村社会主义精神文明建设。
Building a new socialist countryside is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and a profound social change in vast rural areas. In order to realize the development goal of “giving birth to the productive forces in rural areas, enjoying ample living, civilized rural areas, tidy villages and managing democracy,” we must vigorously promote the socialist spiritual civilization in rural areas, in addition to vigorously developing rural social productive forces.
