近年来,我国一些公司逐渐步入南部非洲劳务市场。但从总体上看,步伐不快,规模不大。其主要原因是对南部非洲诸国的政治、经济、文化、教育,特别是劳务市场了解较少,不了解非洲、特别是南部非洲发展潜力很大。作者在南部非洲工作两年多,对津巴布韦、南非、博茨瓦拉、赞比亚、纳米比亚、安哥拉、莫桑比克等七国的承包劳务市场进行了调查,发现中国公司进入南部非洲劳务市场前景可观。
In recent years, some Chinese companies have gradually entered the southern African labor market. However, on the whole, the pace is not fast and the scale is small. The main reason for this is the lack of understanding of the political, economic, cultural, educational and especially labor market of the countries in southern Africa. They do not understand that Africa and especially southern Africa have great development potential. The author worked for more than two years in southern Africa and conducted surveys on contract labor markets in seven countries including Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, Angola, and Mozambique, and found that Chinese companies have considerable prospects for entering the labor market in southern Africa.
