政工工作是县级供电企业管理中思想政治工作的灵魂,政工人员政治思想必须达到一定高度,而且还需要一颗乐于为人民服务的心。提高政工人员的综合素质水平,是顺利完成各项工作的基本保证,也是目前管理县级供电企业政工干部需要迫切解决的主要问题。本人2006年至2009年任职公司办公室主任兼职政工员,2008年职称由中教一级转聘为政工师。本文结合自身数年工作经验,简要谈谈县级供电企业管理中政工工作的作用。
Political and political work is the soul of ideological and political work in the management of county-level power supply enterprises. The political thinking of political workers must reach a certain height, and a heart that is willing to serve the people is also required. Improving the overall quality of political workers is the basic guarantee for the successful completion of various tasks. It is also the major issue that needs to be urgently solved in the current management of political cadres at county-level power supply enterprises. From 2006 to 2009, I served as director and part-time employee of the company office. In 2008, her job title was transferred from a middle school teacher to a political engineer. Combined with my own years of work experience, this article briefly discusses the role of political work in the management of county-level power supply enterprises.
