目的探讨无偿献血工作中采血不足量的影响因素及相应的对策。方法收集肇庆市2013年1-12月期间采血不足量的无偿献血者资料,按不同献血环境、采血护士、献血者职业、性别、献血经历、文化程度进行分类,使用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果在34 579人次无偿献血者中,发生采血不足量282例,发生率为0.82%。其中献血环境、献血经历、献血人群指标结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),献血者性别、文化程度和采血护士差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改善献血服务设施、营造良好的献血环境;加强无偿献血知识的宣传普及和献血者献血过程的心理护理,对降低采血不足量的发生,减少血液资源的浪费有重要意义。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures of blood shortage in voluntary blood donation work. Methods The data of unpaid blood donors who collected blood from January to December in 2013 were collected and classified into different blood donors, blood donors, blood donors’ occupations, sex, blood donation experience and education level. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used. Results Of the 34 579 unpaid blood donors, 282 cases of insufficient blood collection occurred, with a rate of 0.82%. There were significant differences in blood donation environment, blood donation experience and blood donation index (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in gender, educational level and blood nurse among blood donors (P> 0.05). Conclusion Improving the blood donation service facilities and creating a good blood donation environment; strengthening the publicity and popularization of the knowledge of blood donation and the psychological care during the process of donating blood donors are of great significance for reducing the incidence of blood loss and reducing the waste of blood resources.
