本文详细阐述了油运企业现今存在的几种运力发展方式,并对各种运力发展方式进行了比较与探讨,结合净现值法和租金盈亏平衡点法给出了油运企业的具体的购建船舶与融资租赁船舶的选择方法,指出各个油运企业必须根据对航运市场的研究和分析,合理运用各种选择方法,结合油运企业自身的特点扩大自身的运力,组建结构合理的油运船队,提高自身的竞争力。
This paper elaborates on the existing modes of capacity development of oil tankers, and compares and discusses the development modes of various capacities. Based on the net present value method and the rent break-even point method, It is pointed out that all oil tankers must make rational use of various options according to the research and analysis of the shipping market and expand their capacities in light of their own characteristics to form a rational structure of oil tankers Fleet, improve their own competitiveness.
