目的:观察四君子汤对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老大鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨四君子汤抗衰老作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠分成5组,制备D-半乳糖亚急性衰老大鼠模型,以不同剂量的四君子汤或生理盐水ig;6周后,测定胸腺、脾脏指数,MTT法检测淋巴细胞转化刺激指数,ELISA法测定血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β),γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。结果:模型大鼠与正常大鼠比较,脾脏、胸腺指数明显降低,T,B淋巴细胞增殖活性下降,TGF-β含量升高而IFN-γ含量下降;四君子汤可明显提高亚急性衰老大鼠脾脏、胸腺指数及T,B淋巴细胞增殖能力,降低TGF-β含量并使IFN-γ含量升高。结论:四君子汤可增强衰老大鼠免疫功能,具有延缓衰老作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on immune function in D-galactose-induced subacute aging rats and to explore the anti-aging effect of Sijunzi decoction. Methods: Male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups to prepare D-galactose subacute aging rat model with different doses of Sijunzi Decoction or normal saline ig; 6 weeks later, thymus and spleen indexes were determined, MTT assay was used to detect lymphocyte transformation stimuli The serum levels of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were measured by ELISA. Results: Compared with normal rats, the indexes of spleen and thymus of model rats were significantly decreased, the proliferation activity of T and B lymphocytes decreased, the content of TGF-β increased and the content of IFN-γ decreased. Sijunzi decoction could significantly increase the number of subacute aging rats Spleen, thymus index and T, B lymphocyte proliferation, reduce TGF-β content and IFN-γ content increased. Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction can enhance the immune function of aging rats, which can delay aging.
