一个城市房价的高低直接反映了该市被房地产开发商所宠幸的程度。因利润、购买力等原因,地产商们总是偏爱那些高房价的大城。在中国房地产业十五年的发展历程中,关注的焦点和开发的热点始终集中在北京、上海等核心城市。历史发展到2005年,经过国家有关部门实施的一系列调控房价政策后,一线城市持续走高的房价趋稳回调,二、三线城市受其影响不大,巨大投资价值开始显现。于是在总结中国十大房地产开发最热门的城市中,除了我们熟悉的核心城市外,我们还惊喜地发现一些二线城市逐渐走向中国房地产的开发大舞台。
The level of housing prices in a city directly reflects the extent to which the city is favored by real estate developers. Due to profit, purchasing power and other reasons, real estate developers always favor those big cities with high prices. In the course of fifteen years of real estate development in China, the focus of attention and the hot spots for development have always been concentrated in core cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. Historical development By 2005, after a series of house price control policies implemented by relevant state departments, housing prices in the first-tier cities continued to rise and stabilized. However, second and third tier cities were not greatly affected by the changes, and huge investment values began to emerge. So in summing up China’s top ten real estate development in the hottest cities, in addition to our familiar core city, we are also pleasantly surprised to find that some second-tier cities gradually toward the Chinese real estate development stage.
