甲硝唑又名灭滴灵,是治疗阴道滴虫病和阿米巴病的特效药物,近年来又发现该药治疗其他疾病也有奇效。 1.消化性溃疡 本病传统的治疗方法仅给予抗酸、解痉等对症治疗,尚无理想的药物。近年来发现该病与幽门螺杆菌有关。这一新的发现给消化性溃疡的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。国内有人将249例消化性溃疡病人用甲硝唑与甲氰咪呱进行临床对照治疗
