在CeBaTiO3晶体中,实现了受激光折变散射自泵浦相位共扼(SPS-SPPC),给出了其自泵浦相位共轭形成的特点以及相位共轭波输出特性。比较了不同波长的入射光对自泵浦的形成特点和共轭波输出特性的影响。得到了接近80%的高共轭光反射率。利用相向二波耦合、散射中心以及四波混频共同作用形成半线性腔理论,解释了受激光折变散射-自泵浦相位共轭产生的机制。
In the CeBaTiO3 crystal, self-pumped phase conjugation (SPS-SPPC) is realized by the laser, and the self-pumped phase conjugation and phase conjugate wave output characteristics are given. The effects of incident light with different wavelengths on the formation of self-pumping and the output characteristics of conjugate wave are compared. Nearly 80% of the high conjugate light reflectance was obtained. The semi-linear cavity theory is formed by the interaction of the two-wave coupling, the scattering center and the four-wave mixing, which explains the mechanism of conjugate scattering generated by the self-pumping phase of the laser.
