用荧光光谱和UV Vis吸收光谱技术研究了肌红蛋白(Mb)和Cu2+的相互作用,结果表明在水溶液中Cu2+的加入使Mb中血红素在597nm处的荧光峰强度降低,也使Mb在407nm处的Soret带的吸收峰强度减弱,清楚地表明Cu2+与Mb发生了相互作用。
The interaction between Mb and Cu2 + was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the addition of Cu2 + in aqueous solution reduced the intensity of the peak of hemin at 597nm in Mb, The weakening of the absorption band at the Soret band clearly shows that Cu2 + interacts with Mb.
