《工人日报》发表李涛文章称,有关专家提醒进城农民工,在求职时要防陷阱,避免签订以下四种合同。一、口头用工合同不能签。用人单位与劳动者只有口头的意向承诺和约定,这种口头合同明显违反《劳动合同法》相关规定。
According to Li Tao's article published in the Workers' Daily, relevant experts remind migrant workers in cities that they should prevent traps when seeking employment and avoid signing the following four contracts. First, the verbal employment contract can not sign. The employer and the laborers only have the verbal intention of promised and agreed that this verbal contract clearly violates the “Labor Contract Law” the relevant provisions.
