随着工业技术的发展,数控加工已经发展成为现代制造业的重要组成部分。它与传统的机加工工艺有较大的区别。传统的机加工工艺遵循着“加工-测量-再加工”的生产模式,其加工工艺在某种程序上有很大的随意性且产品质量很难保证。而数控加工则是通过计算机控制刀具做精确运动,建立在复杂的数值运算上,能实现机加工无法实现的合理、完整的工艺规划。本文以“喂料辊齿板”为例来讲述传统加工与数控加工的区别和联系。
With the development of industrial technology, CNC machining has become an important part of modern manufacturing industry. It is a big difference with the traditional machining process. The traditional machining process follows the production mode of “machining-measuring-reworking”. The machining process is very random in some procedures and the quality of the product is hard to guarantee. The NC machining is through the computer-controlled tool to do accurate movement, based on complex numerical operations, can achieve the machining can not be achieved reasonable and complete process planning. In this paper, “feeding roller tooth plate ” as an example to tell the difference between the traditional processing and CNC machining and contact.
