为了在超声波探伤时测定缺陷的等效尺寸而采用振幅—距离—直径的列线图(AP一图)。这种列线图是根据测量结果或由垂直于超声波波束轴的平底孔上发射的回波讯号振幅的计算划出。为了确定长形缺陷的存在,适当地採用回波讯号振幅与长形缺陷的宽度和压电元件到反射体距离之间关系的图解。把由无限长带的反射计算的结果做为解决所提问题的理论基础。
In order to determine the equivalent size of a defect during ultrasonic flaw detection, an amplitude-distance-diameter nomogram (AP) is used. This nomogram is drawn based on the measurement or the calculation of the amplitude of the echo signal transmitted on a flat bottom hole perpendicular to the beam axis of the ultrasound beam. In order to determine the presence of an elongated defect, a diagram of the relationship between the amplitude of the echo signal and the width of the elongated defect and the distance between the piezoelectric element and the reflector is suitably used. The result of calculation of reflections from infinite band is taken as the theoretical basis for solving the problem raised.
