离子源是医用小型回旋加速器核心装置之一,要求结构简单紧凑,能引出3mA的H-离子束。经调研后最终采用外部负氢多峰场离子源,并对其进行了结构设计。紧凑型离子源(图1)主要由主绝缘座、三电极结构、等离子腔体、灯丝构成。1主绝缘座主绝缘座起到使离子源与地之间绝缘的作用,防止打火,可耐压30kV,材料采用聚甲醛。2三电极结构
