目的探讨河南地区不同宫颈病变组织中人类乳头瘤状病毒(human papillomaviruses,HPV)感染的型别分布情况。方法选取宫颈癌组织标本64份,宫颈上皮内瘤变组织标本87份,应用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片分型技术(HybriMax)对不同程度宫颈病变组织DNA进行HPV检测分型。结果 151份不同程度宫颈病变组织中HPV感染亚型从高到低排在前8位依次为HPV16,58,18,31,6,52,33,11;其中单一型别感染占72.8%(110/151),且随病变程度加重单一感染比例逐渐增加,多重感染占27.2%(41/151),且随合并感染型别增加多重感染比例逐渐下降,其中二重感染比例下降趋势明显,各级别组间HPV型别分布比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同程度子宫颈病变感染HPV的优势亚型不同。
Objective To investigate the type distribution of human papillomaviruses (HPV) in different cervical lesions in Henan Province. Methods Totally 64 cervical cancer samples and 87 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia samples were obtained. HPV DNA was genotyped by HybriMax in different degree of cervical lesions. Results Among the 151 cervical lesions, the top eight HPV subtypes were HPV16,58,18,31,6,52,33,11 from high to low, of which 72.8% (110) were single type infection / 151), and the proportion of single infection increased with the degree of lesion, multiple infections accounted for 27.2% (41/151), and the proportion of multiple infections with the type of infection decreased gradually, of which the proportion of double infection decreased significantly. There were significant differences in the distribution of HPV types among groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of HPV in different degree cervical lesions is different.
