1.故障现象1台卡尔玛DRT450型正面吊出现吊臂升降异常故障,该故障表现为:操纵吊臂下降时,吊臂不能下降且发出报警信号,显示屏显示相应的故障代码;操纵吊臂起升时,吊臂不能正常起升而是出现间歇抖动。维修人员将控制正面吊吊臂下降的左阻断电磁阀和右阻断电磁阀插头重新插牢后故障消失,但是使用大约2个星期后故障又重新出现。2.故障排查维修人员根据该机故障现象,初步判断是其控制电路出现故障。该机控制电路如图1所示。

Troubleshooting Maintenance personnel according to the machine failure phenomenon, the initial judgment is that the control circuit failure. The machine control circuit shown in Figure 1.
