目的:探讨黑龙江地区淋巴瘤的EB病毒(EBV)感染情况,分析其与EBV感染的相关性。方法:通过免疫组织化学和原位杂交的方法,检测122例淋巴瘤EBV-LMP1和EBER1/2的表达情况,分析其相关性,并复习文献。结果:56例霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkin’s lymphoma,HL)中有10例(17.8%)表达LMP1,15例(26.8%)表达EBER1/2;66例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)中有22例(33.3%)表达LMP1,27例(40.9%)表达EBER1/2。NHL的EBV感染率明显高于HL(P<0.05);LD型HL的EBV感染率高于LR型和NS型(P<0.05);T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的EBV感染率显著高于B细胞淋巴瘤(P<0.05)。结论:黑龙江地区NHL的EBV感染率高于HL,LD型HL和T/NK细胞淋巴瘤与EBV感染有较高的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the infection of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in lymphomas in Heilongjiang Province and analyze its correlation with EBV infection. Methods: The expressions of EBV-LMP1 and EBER1 / 2 in 122 cases of lymphoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The correlations were analyzed and the literature reviewed. Results: In 56 cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, 10 (17.8%) expressed LMP1 and 15 (26.8%) expressed EBER1 / 2. 66 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma , NHL), 22 (33.3%) expressed LMP1 and 27 (40.9%) expressed EBER1 / 2. The EBV infection rate in NHL was significantly higher than that in HL (P <0.05). The EBV infection rate in LD HL was higher than that in LR and NS (P <0.05). The EBV infection rate in T / NK cell lymphoma was significantly higher than that in HL Lymphoma (P <0.05). Conclusion: The EBV infection rate of NHL in Heilongjiang region is higher than that of HL, and there is a high correlation between LDV type HL and T / NK cell lymphoma and EBV infection.
