纵览近两年的电视节目,无论是电视产业化的轰轰烈烈,还是节目形态的博彩多元或是节目主持人的争奇斗艳,无不说明着电视播音主持创新问题的时代性和紧迫感。本文从主持人在整个节目制作过程中所处的地位、作用以及主持活动本身的特性划分,抓住主持艺术这一事物的主要矛盾,提纲挈领把主持人分为:独立型、单一型、参与型、主导型四种。从电视播音主持当今发展的实际情况来看,独立承担整个节目的采、编、播等各个环节的全能型、独立型主持人,在信息传播的时效性越来越得到重视的今天已经不能满足节目高质量、高效益的追求;而只承担节目串联的单一型主持人,由于主持人节目的日益普及,只是在节目中起到穿针引线的主持人,已经不能满足主持的创造性要求;参与型的主持人虽然听上去略有轻描淡写的感觉,但有趣的是这种参与性的主持或者说富有角色的主持形态的呈现,是一类或几类节目的发展趋势;主导型的主持人是节目创作过程的领导,其功能表现绝非与独立型主持人相同,他是创作活动的核心,是狭义主持人的升华和发展。接下来我将主要从两个方面来探讨当今电视播音主持的创新:一方面是电视节目的呈现样态,一方面是主持人素养的内在修炼。
