鼓粒期间不同品质类型大豆植株酰脲含量变化规律研究

酰脲是大豆固氮产物,是根瘤固氮由根系向地上部运输的主要形式。以高油型大豆品种东农47和高蛋白型大豆品种东农48为供试材料,采用沙培培养的方法研究了鼓粒期间大豆植株酰脲含量变化规律。结果表明:随鼓粒进程的推进,两个品种大豆各器官酰脲含量均呈下降趋势;各器官酰脲含量顺序为茎>荚果>根>叶;不同器官中尿囊酸和尿囊素比例变化趋势不同;茎中酰脲含量与氮素含量呈极显著正相关,东农48叶中酰脲含量与氮素含量呈显著正相关,而东农47未表现出相关关系,两个供试品种其它器官酰脲含量与氮素含量无相关关系;高蛋白大豆品种东农48叶片酰脲含量较高、氮素含量较低,而高油型大豆品种东农47叶片酰脲含量较低、氮素含量则较高。 Urea is a nitrogen-fixing product of soybean and is the main form of nitrogen fixation of root nodules from roots to shoots. The high-oil soybean variety Dongnong 47 and high-protein soybean variety Dongnong 48 were used as materials to study the variation of the ureide content of soybean plants during drumming with sand culture method. The results showed that with the advancement of drumming process, the content of ureide in all the organs of two cultivars showed a downward trend. The order of the ureide contents in all organs was stem> pod> root> leaf. The ratio of allantoic acid and allantoin in different organs There was a significant positive correlation between the content of ureide and the content of nitrogen in stem, the content of ureide in Dongnong 48 was positively correlated with the content of nitrogen, but Dongnong 47 had no correlation, There was no correlation between the content of urease and the content of nitrogen in other organs of the cultivars. The high-protein soybean Dongnong 48 had higher content of ureide and lower content of nitrogen, Nitrogen content is higher.
