目的探讨腺病毒肺炎婴幼儿血清干扰素-α水平与外周血淋巴细胞因子信号抑制因子(suppressor of cytokine signaling,SOCS)基因表达的关系。方法 30例腺病毒肺炎患儿为腺病毒肺炎组,20例体检健康儿童为对照组,提取2组外周血淋巴细胞,检测细胞因子诱导抑制基因、SOCS1、SOCS3mRNA表达相对量及血清干扰素-α水平。结果腺病毒肺炎组血清干扰素-α水平[(0.261±0.109)g/L]明显高于对照组[(0.158±0.079)g/L](P<0.01);腺病毒肺炎组外周血淋巴细胞SOCS1、SOCS3mRNA相对表达量(1.76±0.75、2.00±0.91)明显高于对照组(1.32±0.40、0.81±0.28)(P<0.05),细胞因子诱导抑制基因mRNA相对表达量(1.51±0.81)与对照组(2.24±0.46)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性腺病毒感染可诱导外周血淋巴细胞SOCS1、SOCS3mRNA相对表达量增多和血清干扰素-α水平升高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of interferon-α and the expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) in infants with adenovirus pneumonia. Methods Thirty children with adenovirus pneumonia were treated with adenovirus pneumonia group and 20 healthy children as control group. Two groups of peripheral blood lymphocytes were extracted and the relative expression of cytokine-induced suppressor gene, SOCS1, SOCS3 mRNA and serum interferon-α Level. Results The level of serum IFN-α in adenovirus pneumonia group was significantly higher than that in control group [(0.261 ± 0.109) g / L [(0.158 ± 0.079) g / L] (P <0.01) The relative expression levels of SOCS1 and SOCS3 mRNA (1.76 ± 0.75 and 2.00 ± 0.91) were significantly higher than those of the control group (1.32 ± 0.40,0.81 ± 0.28) (P <0.05), and the relative expression of cytokine induced suppressor mRNA (1.51 ± 0.81) and There was no significant difference in the control group (2.24 ± 0.46) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Adenovirus infection can induce the relative expression of SOCS1 and SOCS3 mRNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes and increase the level of serum interferon-α.
