目的:观察个性化有氧运动治疗方案对中年2型糖尿病的干预效果。方法:对30名中年2型糖尿病患者的最大摄氧量、血糖动态波动情况进行测试,并制定个性化的运动治疗方案,实施干预6个月后,对比干预前后患者血脂、血糖相关指标,身体成分,最大摄氧量,低、中等、较大强度代谢当量的变化。结果:(1)干预后,患者的血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇含量下降,胰岛素和C肽含量增加,与干预前比较差异具有统计学意义;体重、脂肪含量、脂肪百分比、皮下脂肪含量下降,体内水分含量增加,与干预前比较差异具有统计学差异;身体质量指数和肌肉含量下降,但与干预前比差异无统计学意义;最大摄氧量绝对值和相对值,低、中等、较大强度代谢当量均增加,但与干预前比差异无统计学意义。结论:研究制定的个性化有氧运动治疗方案能够改善中年2型糖尿病患者的脂类代谢、身体成分及心肺功能,并促进胰岛素和C肽的分泌,起到有效控制血糖的效果。
Objective: To observe the effects of personalized aerobic exercise on middle-aged type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 30 middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were tested for maximum oxygen uptake and fluctuation of blood glucose, and a personalized exercise program was developed. After intervention for 6 months, the levels of blood lipids and blood glucose, Body composition, maximum oxygen uptake, low, moderate, greater intensity metabolic equivalent changes. Results: (1) After intervention, plasma triglyceride and cholesterol levels decreased, but insulin and C-peptide levels increased, with statistical significance before intervention; body weight, fat content, fat percentage and subcutaneous fat content decreased, Water content increased with the difference between before and after intervention had statistical significance; body mass index and muscle content decreased, but with no significant difference compared with before intervention; absolute and relative maximum oxygen uptake value, low, moderate, high intensity Metabolic equivalent increased, but no significant difference compared with before intervention. Conclusion: The developed personalized aerobic exercise program can improve the lipid metabolism, body composition and cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged type 2 diabetic patients and promote the secretion of insulin and C-peptide, which can effectively control blood sugar.
