目的观察西多福韦磷脂衍生物CMX001在体内外实验模型中的抗疱疹病毒药效。方法利用中性红染色法测定CMX001在Vero细胞培养条件下对单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)-1和HSV-2的抗病毒作用;在BALB/c小鼠阴道疱疹病毒感染模型中观察ACV乳膏和CMX001凝胶制剂在体内对HSV-2感染的治疗效果。结果 CMX001在Vero细胞上对HSV-1和HSV-2的半数抑制浓度(IC50)的平均值分别为0.073和0.070μmol/L;在体内实验当中,CMX001凝胶制剂对小鼠阴道HSV-2感染疗效较好,优于阳性对照组(阿昔洛韦乳膏)。结论 CMX001在体内外均对HSV有较强的抑制作用。
