利用金相显微镜、透射显微镜、扫描电镜观察了不同热处理工艺和冷却条件对ZG30CrMnNiM0钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,ZG30CrMnNiMo钢经960℃奥氏体化水冷、200~250℃回火处理获得回火板条马氏体和少量残余奥氏体组织,具有较高的强韧性配合。可以满足挖掘机斗齿、齿座类等耐磨件性能的要求。
The effects of different heat treatment processes and cooling conditions on microstructure and properties of ZG30CrMnNiM0 steel were observed by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that ZG30CrMnNiMo steel is tempered at 960 ℃ for austenitizing and tempered at 200 ~ 250 ℃ to obtain tempering lath martensite and a small amount of retained austenite with high strength and toughness. To meet the excavator bucket teeth, tooth-type wear-resistant parts such as performance requirements.
