针对热处理因离散式生产方式、工艺流程复杂等特点而存在工件工艺追溯难和排产安排的不合理问题,提出基于物联网的热处理智能制造执行系统(MES)。重点分析了热处理生产信息的交互模型和车间数据采集和处理问题,综合应用Web技术、条码技术和RFID(radio frequency identification)无线电频率识别技术等构建MES架构和功能模型,使热处理车间管理实现集成化、网络化、智能化。现场应用结果显示可合理有效进行计划排产、生产分派、跟踪、统计。
In view of the unreasonable problems such as discrete production mode and complicated process, the unreasonable problems of difficult traceability and scheduling of workpieces exist in heat treatment. A heat treatment intelligent manufacturing execution system (MES) based on Internet of Things is proposed. The interaction model of heat treatment production information and workshop data acquisition and processing are analyzed emphatically. The MES architecture and function model are integrated by using Web technology, bar code technology and radio frequency identification (RFID) radio frequency identification technology to integrate the heat treatment workshop management , Networked and intelligent. Field application results show that scheduling can be reasonable and effective scheduling, production distribution, tracking, statistics.
