利用文献资料法、问卷调查、数理统计等多种研究方法,对学生教学实践能力培养中所要求教学组织、动作讲解示范、错误动作纠正、语言综合表达等能力进行全面的调查分析,提出“双导师”培养制度从教学中渗透、见习课堂、模拟课堂、考核评价相结合培养学生教学实践能力等措施。
Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the teaching organization, action explanation and demonstration, correction of wrong actions and comprehensive expression of language in the teaching practice ability of students, and puts forward “ Double tutor ”training system from teaching infiltration, trainee classroom, simulation classroom, assessment of the combination of training students ability to practice teaching and other measures.
