采用国产催化剂D005在自制的加压磁力搅拌反应釜内对甲基叔戊基醚泡点合成反应的本征热力学进行了研究,主要考察了温度对甲醇与2-甲基-1-丁烯、2-甲基-2-丁烯两种烯烃的反应平衡常数的影响,并采用组分的活度代替浓度计算反应的平衡常数。实验得出温度越高,两种烯烃和甲醇醚化反应的平衡常数越小,但异构化反应平衡常数K_3受温度影响不显著,另外,2-甲基-1-丁烯醚化反应的平衡常数K_1大约为2-甲基-2-丁烯醚化反应的平衡常数K_2十几倍。根据实验结果,经过Wilson二元交互作用参数和范特霍夫方程,计算得出了醚化反应的标准摩尔焓变和熵变,并与文献值进行了比较。
The intrinsic thermodynamics of the bubble point synthesis reaction of methyl tert-amyl ether in a self-made pressurized magnetic stirring reactor was studied by using the domestic catalyst D005. The effects of temperature on the reaction of methanol with 2-methyl-1-butene, 2-methyl-2-butene alkene reaction equilibrium constants, and the activity of the component instead of the concentration of the reaction equilibrium constant. The higher the temperature, the smaller the equilibrium constant of the etherification of the two alkenes and methanol, but the isothermal equilibrium temperature K_3 is not significant. In addition, the etherification of 2-methyl-1-butene The equilibrium constant K_1 is about a dozen times the equilibrium constant K_2 of the 2-methyl-2-butene etherification reaction. According to the experimental results, the standard molar enthalpy and entropy change of the etherification reaction were calculated by the Wilson binary interaction parameters and the van der Hoeff equation, and compared with the literature values.
