餐饮是人类生存发展的重要基础,其产业发展水平关系着人民群众的饮食文化生活,并成为衡量社会生活水平的重要标志之一。中国餐饮产业发展现状餐饮业作为我国第三产业的传统服务业,经过改革开放以来30多年的发展,实现了跨越式增长。1978年全国餐饮产业零售额仅有54.8亿元,占社会销售品零售总额的3.52%,人均消费不到6元;2011年餐饮收入达到20635亿元,占社会销售品总额的11.2%,
Catering is an important foundation for the survival and development of human beings. Its industrial development level is related to people’s diet and cultural life, and has become one of the important indicators of the social life. The Status Quo of China’s Restaurant Industry As a traditional service industry in China’s tertiary industry, the restaurant industry has achieved leapfrog growth through more than 30 years of development since the reform and opening up. In 1978, the retail sales in the national catering industry was only 5.48 billion yuan, accounting for 3.52% of the total retail sales of social products, with per capita consumption of less than 6 yuan. The catering revenue in 2011 reached 2.0635 trillion yuan, accounting for 11.2% of the total social sales.
