气缸套是柴油机上的重要零件,其最终一道加工工序是珩磨内孔。铁道部戚墅堰机车车辆工厂所加工的16V240柴油机气缸套,任务重,精度高。但在最终珩磨气缸套内孔时,却经常发生拉毛现象,严重影响了气缸套的加工质量。经分析:出现缸套拉毛的主要原因,是由于原来使用的珩磨头结构不够完善所造成。原珩磨头结构由珩磨体1,油石2和油石座3(油石和座粘结成一体),锥体4组成。油石座的两端箍以弹簧5,使油石座始终靠在锥体4上。锥体的上下移动能使油石座张开或合拢。整个珩磨头是通过接杆与机床主轴浮动连接。
