在国家计委主持下,由水电部、冶金部、石油部、化工部及机械部等单位参加,于1983年10月在咸阳市召开了国内第一次工程建设焊接自动化技术经验交流会。会上交流了各部近几年来焊接技术的应用及科研成果资料80余篇。为了使这些科研成果能得到推广,会议委托中国工程建设焊接协会组织出版《中国工程建设焊接技术选编》一书.该书以焊接自动化为中心,精选了国内各类行之有效的自动焊机机头、电源、焊接工艺,介绍了试验及应用情况:如先进的双特性、双脉冲晶体管电源;由计算机控制的机头自动跟踪系统;高效率的药芯焊丝全位置自动焊机;小管径脉冲自动焊中微处理机的应用等。
Under the auspices of State Development Planning Commission, Ministry of MEP, Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Chemical Industry and Ministry of Machinery participated in this project.
