一九八三年元月六日,在江西省科委主持下,组织鉴定了由华中工学院水电能源研究所、江西省计算中心、江西上犹江水电站联合承担的江西省重点科研项目“上犹江电站水库优化调度”。参加鉴定会的有:水电部、清华大学、华东水利学院、华中电管局、长江流域规划办公室以及葛洲坝水电厂和一些设计院、调度所等四十三个单位的五十九名代表。上犹江电站是以发电为主的综合利用水利枢纽,为赣南电网的主导电站,装机容量占全网水电装机总容量的60%,水库调节性能为不完全年调节。为提高水库利用水平,获得更多的经济效益,一九八一年底,由华中工学院水电能源研究所、江西省计算中心、上犹江电站的有关人员组成了水库优化调度科研组,对上犹江电站水库优化调度方案进行研究。一年来,进行了大量的理论研究和分析计算,提出了优化调度方案,并应用于生产实践。已取得了可喜的成果。
