近年来,加速康复外科(FTS)作为一种前沿理念被陆续应用于胃肠外科手术患者.由于大部分胃肠FTS的指标建立在术后胃肠道功能恢复的基础上,或以加速术后胃肠道功能的恢复为特点,笔者就胃肠外科围手术期加速胃肠功能康复的临床应用进展作一综述.
