电子政务公众接受度低是一个普遍现象。针对此问题,在实证研究的基础上,利用TAM模型对此现象进行分析,得出电子政务公众接受度的影响因素主要包括:服务获取渠道的便利程度、系统的可操作性、电子政务服务的一站式水平、电子政务与公众的相关度、相关宣传等,并提出相应对策,以期提高电子政务建设的效益。
Low public acceptance of e-government is a common phenomenon. In view of this problem, on the basis of empirical research, using TAM model to analyze this phenomenon, we can draw the conclusion that the influencing factors of the public acceptance of E-government mainly include: convenience of service access, systematic operability, e-government service One-stop level, e-government and the public’s relevance, related publicity, etc., and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the efficiency of e-government construction.
