目的:研究复方蔷薇果黄酮制剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备高血糖大鼠模型,造模成功大鼠随机分为:正常对照组、模型对照组、消渴丸组、复方蔷薇果黄酮胶囊高剂量组、复方低剂量组。连续给药12周进行观察。结果:复方蔷薇果黄酮制剂组可以明显减少糖尿病大鼠模型的饮食、饮水的摄入量,维持体重的相对平稳,同时给药组均能降低糖尿病大鼠模型中晚期的血肌酐、尿肌酐、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)但复方给药组数值降低较消渴丸对照组明显;同时,用药各组在肝肾病理改变均不同程度地减轻,尤其是复方药物高剂量组对大鼠模型肾脏形态结构改变明显。结论:复方蔷薇果黄酮制剂通过改善大鼠模型的症状,改善血糖、血肌酐、尿肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、糖化血红蛋白进而改善其肾脏病理变化,说明复方对糖尿病大鼠模型的肾脏具有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of compound rose hip flavone on kidney in diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of hyperglycemia was established by streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Xiaoke Pill group, high-dose rhizome-flavonoid capsule group, Low dose group. Continuous administration of 12 weeks for observation. Results: The compound flavone preparation could significantly reduce the dietary and drinking intake of diabetic rats, maintain the body weight relatively stable, and at the same time, the administration group could reduce the serum creatinine, creatinine, Endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) but the compound administration group decreased the value of more than Xiaoke Pill control group; the same time, the treatment of liver and kidney in each group pathological changes were reduced to varying degrees, especially the high-dose compound drugs on rat model Kidney morphology and structure change significantly. CONCLUSION: The compound flavonoids from rose hip can improve the renal pathological changes by ameliorating the symptoms of rats and improving the blood sugar, serum creatinine, urinary creatinine, endogenous creatinine clearance and glycosylated hemoglobin, indicating that the compound prescription has more effects on the kidneys of diabetic rats Good protection.
