随着三峡工程的全面开工和建筑业的突飞猛进,对砖瓦的需求量越来越大。快速烧砖瓦的节能工艺对生产厂家节能降耗、提高经济效益有着十分重要的现实意义。湖北省特别是宜昌各县市更是“近水楼台”,占有外地无法比拟的地利,推广该工艺更有价值。该工艺与传统烧砖技术相比,可节能50％,每窑烧5千块砖瓦只需12小时,仅需3人操作,不限燃料。既可烧青色砖瓦又能烧红色砖瓦;既宜于山区也适合平原,质量稳定可靠。
