为研究南疆干旱区日光温室油桃果实发育以及主要品质指标的形成和变化规律,以‘中油5号’油桃为试材,在果实发育期定期取样测定果实外观、内在品质指标的动态变化并进行分析。结果表明,设施栽培条件下,‘中油5号’油桃果实发育基本符合核果类果实发育的“双S”型曲线。果实内在品质指标可滴定酸、可溶性糖、蔗糖、Vc、可溶性固形物都在接近成熟前发生快速累积或变化,糖酸比逐渐增大,提升和改善了果实风味。设施油桃果实成熟前15天是果实发育和品质形成的关键时期,生产中应注重果实发育后期的营养供应和水肥调控,提高果实品质。
In order to study the formation and variation of fruit quality and development of nectarines in solar greenhouse in southern arid region of China, we used ’Zhongyou 5’ nectarine as test material to determine the dynamic change of appearance and intrinsic quality of fruit during the fruit development period And analyze. The results showed that the fruit development of ’Zhongyou 5’ nectarine basically accorded with the ’double S’ curve of the development of stone fruit in the condition of cultivation. The internal quality indicators of titratable acid, soluble sugar, sucrose, Vc and soluble solids all accumulated or changed rapidly before the maturity, and the ratio of sugar to acid increased gradually to improve and improve the fruit flavor. Facilities Nectarine fruit mature 15 days before the fruit development and quality of the formation of a critical period, the production should focus on the latter part of the fruit nutrition supply and water and fertilizer regulation, improve fruit quality.
