具有重大历史意义的党的十四大,确立了我国经济体制改革的目标,是建立社会主义市场经济体制,这是思想上的大解放,认识上的大飞跃,理论上的大突破。为了贯彻好十四大精神,本刊编辑部特邀请部机关部分同志就钢铁工业当前的形势和发展,结合本部门本行业的实际,谈谈学习十四大文件精神的心得体会。希望通过笔谈,能够加深我们对十四大文件精神的理解,增强我们贯彻落实十四大路线、方针、政策的自觉性。
