先天性处女膜闭锁青春期后并发子宫周围脓肿者少见,现报告如下。患者17岁,住院号850331。周期性下腹胀痛一年余,间隔30～40天,每次持续2～3天,自行缓解。近半年腹痛加重,曾在当地医院服中药治疗,近10余天伴发冷发热、尿急尿频,经抗感染治疗无效,于1985年3月3日住院。体检:T38.4℃,P112次/分,Bp100/70mmHg。心肺理学检查正常,肝脾未触及,下腹膨
