目的:建立测定复方醋酸氟轻松酊中冰片含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法。色谱柱为PEG-20M石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);氮气为载气;正辛醇为内标物;采用程序升温,初始温度120℃,以10℃.min-1升温至200℃;氢火焰离子检测器;检测器和气化室的温度均为250℃;氮气流速3mL.min-1;氢气流速30mL.min-1;空气流速300mL.min-1;尾吹气氮气流速30mL.min-1。结果:冰片和正辛醇能达到良好分离;在0.5~3.0mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=0.737 2C+0.199 6(r=0.999 8);回收率为98.5%~101.6%。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于复方醋酸氟轻松酊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of borneol in compound fluocinonide tincture. Methods: Capillary gas chromatography. The column was PEG-20M quartz capillary column (30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm); nitrogen as the carrier gas; n-octanol as the internal standard; using programmed temperature, the initial temperature of 120 ℃, 10 ℃ .min- 200 ℃; hydrogen flame ionization detector; detector and gasification chamber temperature were 250 ℃; nitrogen flow rate 3mL.min-1; hydrogen flow rate 30mL.min-1; air flow rate 300mL.min-1; makeup gas nitrogen flow rate 30mL.min-1. Results: The separation between borneol and n-octanol was good. The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.5-3.0 mg · mL-1. The regression equation was Y = 0.737 2C + 0.199 6 (r = 0.999 8) .The recoveries were 98.5% -101.6% . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of compound fluocinolone acetonide.
