一、建立现代企业制度迫切需要现代企业家现代企业制度下企业家队伍的建设是一项重要而紧迫的战略性任务。美国经济学家熊彼特认为:企业家就是创造者。哈佛大学教授迈克尔指出:一个国家民族经济的发展,主要依赖于企业家。企业家队伍壮大起来了,民族经济也就发展了。由此可见,市场经济及公司制发展离不开企业家,而企业家队伍的建设又离不开大量的职业经理的涌现。
I. Establishing a modern enterprise system Urgently requires modern entrepreneurs The construction of entrepreneurs under the modern enterprise system is an important and urgent strategic task. The American economist Schumpeter thinks that entrepreneurs are creators. Professor Michael of Harvard University pointed out: The development of a country’s national economy depends mainly on entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial team has grown and the national economy has developed. From this we can see that the market economy and the development of the company system are inseparable from the entrepreneurs, and the construction of the entrepreneurial team is inseparable from the emergence of a large number of professional managers.
